Change Protocolo to HTTP
Change Puerto to 8081
(Custom TCP/HTTP Headers)

Then input
URL/Host: redirect.glo.com
Request method: POST
Injection method: Normal
Tick User-Agent
Leave other boxes un-ticked
Now click on Generate, then Save
